Who Should Apply?
If you want to take advantage of this service
your business would need to meet the following criteria:
Your Business:
- Is based in London
- Has fewer than 250 employees
- Can be any sector
- Achieved a turnover of at least £1m over the past year
- Has an effective business model which is scalable
- Has a strong product/service offering competitive advantage
- Has an established market and customer
- Has a strong management team - committed to growth
In considering whether the service is right for you
and your company you should be able to show that:
- You are aware of areas of your business that are holding you back and that should be changed/further developed to achieve your high growth potential.
- You have an ambition to achieve a step change in your business, resulting in the potential of at least 20% sales increase year on year - and to expand your business within London and more widely.
- You and your team are motivated to take advantage of the expertise of a coach and access the support offered by this service over a nine month period.
