to pick the right companies that could benefit from the Coaching and support service.
Step 1: you are interested in getting involved in this service you should complete the
online registration form
Step 2: Companies who meet the core criteria will be invited to complete a more detailed Executive summary which will be available for completion on a confidential password protected site.
Step 3: Based on the assessment of your Executive summary and related documents by our HighGrowth team, you will be contacted to discuss further your high growth potential and likely benefits from participation in the service.
Step 4: If your company achieves the high growth benchmarking criteria, you will then be invited to bring your team to meet our
HighGrowth Expert panel where you will present your business and receive direct feedback on key aspects of your business.
Step 5: Selected companies for the HighGrowth Service will be matched to one of our
High Calibre Coaches reflecting your sector and identified business needs and the coach's own experience. You will have the opportunity to meet proposed coaches and to agree which is the right coach for you and your team.
